  • Team Headshot consultation will take place over the phone and/or email. David Baker will introduce himself and learn how your organization will use your headshots, how many colleagues will require a headshot, and if a headshot location has been selected. You will be given the choice of grey and white backdrops. Once all details have been confirmed, your session date and time will be scheduled, then a contract and retainer payment link will be sent to your email. Your session is officially reserved after signed contract and retainer has been received by David.

Headshots are crucial for professional and personal branding, especially for individuals in industries where personal connections matter, such as business, acting, modeling, and freelancing.

My goal is to create authentic images of who you are, allowing your clients to naturally connect you and your offering together before you two meet, enabling them to put more trust in you to solve their problem or need with your solution.

You have your choice of on-backdrop and environmental headshots. 

On-backdrop consists of our full mobile studio setup. Backdrop choices are: white, grey, black. 

Environmental portrait photography is without backdrop. Imagine those executive portraits outside and in front of the office building or in the lobby of that office building in downtown financial district. These can be both indoors and outdoors.

We also offer a business photoshoot Full Branding Package, which includes both backdrop and environmental. This is ideal for refreshing your professional brand or updating your headshots.

  • Individual Headshot consultation will take place over the phone and/or email. David Baker will introduce himself and learn how you will use your headshot, so he will be able to better serve you for final delivery. You will be given the choice of grey, white, and black backdrops. Once all details have been confirmed, your session date and time will be scheduled, then a contract and retainer payment link will be sent to you. Styles to complement your event and company needs - Candid, Editorial, and Documentary Realism: We believe that the most genuine images are those that capture real emotion and spontaneous moments. Our candid, documentary-style approach ensures that we capture the true essence of your event, creating event photos that authentically show your event as it occurred.

We will create wonderful event photos.

  • Consultation: We begin with a consultation to discuss your event, the occasion and if there is/are any special areas to highlight during your event that is important to you, and what time your main event starts or what time the doors open. We request this time because we will need to photograph any decor and the space before guests fill the background. Since we realize each of our client's are unique just like their events. We ask which style of event photos you prefer. This can include: editorial, candid, looking at the camera, a combination of all or a preference for more of one style vs another. Most of our Corporate clients prefer editorial and a few looking at the camera pictures. They prefer their guests enjoy their time visiting with each other, as if, they didn't know a camera was present.

    Event Day: Before your event starts. We will arrive at least an hour before your event start time to photograph decor and your event space. This is to ensure their are not too many guests in the background that can distract from floral centerpieces or impressive large convention space.

    During Your Event: We will capture your event. We also act as guides who photographing groups because a lot of times there is limited space inside venues or restaurants and we need to ensure all faces are visible in your pictures. We will pose groups. When not posing groups, we prefer to blend-in with your celebration, so that, we capture the essence of your event. This is how we create those editorial and candid pictures you love to look back at after your event.

    After Your Event: We carefully select and edit the best images that exemplify your unique event.

  • Event Photography is a minimum two hour reservation. Consultation will take place over the phone and/or email. David Baker will introduce himself and learn about your event. Once all details have been confirmed, your event date and time will be scheduled, then a contract and retainer payment link will be sent to your email. Your session is officially reserved after signed contract and retainer has been received by David.
